Ordering & delivery

Two to four weeks. Every ACM is built to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. You get an order confirmation immediately and an email when your watch ships.

Because the watch does not exist yet when you order it. Case, dial, movement and strap are assembled and inspected for your specific configuration. If you need it by a particular date, write to info@acm-swiss.com before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

Free shipping and returns across Europe, with customs duties and import taxes included in the price. For deliveries outside Europe, write to info@acm-swiss.com and we will quote shipping and tell you what customs will cost on your side.

Ask us before you order. Write to info@acm-swiss.com with the model you want and what you would like engraved, and we will tell you what is possible and whether it changes the delivery time.

The watches

The Severius Sport Elegance and the Meryem Heritage run a Swiss Ronda quartz movement. The Genesis Athro runs the ETA Valjoux 7750 automatic chronograph calibre. We say which is which on every product page, because you should not have to guess what you are paying for.

Because of the case. The Severius is five millimetres tall. An automatic movement of comparable quality would have roughly doubled that. Swiss quartz also keeps time to a few seconds a month rather than a few seconds a day, and it runs for years without a service. The price reflects the dial, the case, the Swiss production and the size of the series, not the movement alone.

It is a legal term, not a compliment. For a quartz watch it requires a Swiss movement, casing up in Switzerland, final inspection in Switzerland, and at least 60 percent of manufacturing cost incurred in Switzerland. We explain how that applies to our watches on the Swiss Made page.

We know of no other production watch with a Syriac dial. If you find one, tell us and we will correct the claim. How the numerals were drawn is described on the Aramaic dial page.

Each model has its own rated depth. Write to info@acm-swiss.com with the model and we will give you the exact figure. As a rule for any watch of this type: washing your hands is fine, swimming and showering are not.

Measure your wrist with a strip of paper and send us the number. We will tell you which watch works, including if the answer is none of them. The method is on our Size and fit page.

After the purchase

You have 14 days from delivery to send the watch back, for any reason or none. It goes back unworn and complete and we refund the full amount including the original shipping. The binding version is our right of withdrawal.

Two years on material and manufacturing defects. Every service booking extends it by another year. What is and is not covered is listed on the Warranty and service page.

That is the point of keeping spare parts available. Write to info@acm-swiss.com with your order number and we will tell you what is possible and what it costs.

Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Shop Pay. Klarna lets you split the payment, which matters at this price.

The brand

The idea came from Shleymun Rhawi in 1999. The first watches were built in 2015. Since 2025 the brand is run by Eliya be Malke from Göppingen, Germany. The longer version is on our story page.

A share of what ACM earns goes to social and cultural projects for Syriac communities in Syria, Lebanon and Iraq. If you want to know which ones, write to info@acm-swiss.com and we will tell you.

No. The dial is a design first: the first Syriac numerals on a production watch. If the script means something to you personally, that is a second reason, not the entry requirement.
